Let's Talk About Loneliness on April 9!
Hosted by The Serenity Circle
According to the CDC, loneliness is as detrimental to our health as smoking and obesity.
If you feel lonely much of the time, it's time to take it seriously.
It's time to take action!
Fortunately, the antidote for loneliness is pretty simple: connect with other human beings.
In this talk, we'll discuss how to decode your feelings of loneliness and strategies for strengthening your social connections.

Hosted by Serenity Circle
The Serenity Circle is an online membership community dedicated to helping those impacted by a loved one's addiction and/or mental health challenges.
It's mission is to provide members with alternative methods to heal from the pain, isolation, shame, and stigma they’re experiencing. The goal is to create a community that “stands as a pillar of strength, empathy, compassion, and renewal.”
Members of The Serenity Circle enjoy expert-led classes, workshops, and discussion groups that include yoga, meditation, sound healing, mindfulness, energy healing, journaling groups, and more.
I was invited to become a contributing member because of my grief expertise.
Family members from this community struggle not only with heartbreaking loss, but, also, the stigma caused by the nature of that loss. It’s an experience they no longer have to endure alone.
