Focused Coaching Sessions
Life turns on a dime. Suddenly you find yourself in a dark place and we need someone to support us, sooth us, and figure out what's next.
You aren't sure what you need. You just know you want to talk to someone calm and support. Someone who can help you sort things out and decide what to do next.
You don't want to decide on an expensive, long-term program. Or fill out a ton of paperwork. Or commit to a certain day every week for months on end.
What you might want is a short coaching stint with me. One or two sessions focused on getting you through a rough situation help you make a difficult decision.
I offer coaching sessions to help you work through a specific challenge. They're designed to help you get past a specific situation that's seems impossible to face alone.
These are right for you if you're:
- Facing a bad turn in a loved one's health condition
- Making a no-win decision that can't wait
- Struggling with advocating for or protecting your loved one
- Coping with difficult situations related to family, work or other surprising circumstances that emerged after your loved one's death.
Cost: $120 per session.

Hi there. I'm Cindy Olney, PhD, a life coach, educational psychologist, and end-of-life doula.
The year of 2017 was the year of my personal threshold crossing. My mother started actively dying at the same time that my career of 15 years hit the skids. As I companioned my mother through her death, i knew I needed a fresh start. I vowed to get her to the other side, give notice at my job, and create a service that would guide and support people through death and loss toward a brighter future.
It felt so good as I sat deep into the night. Actually pulling off a major life changed after loss was a completely different story.
Yet I would not trade the life lessons for anything in the world. Nor my new sense of purpose: to accompany people through grief over loss and toward hope of a new, fulfilling life.
