The Grief Healing Program is for anyone who feels they haven't healed from the death of a loved one, or loss of a loved one for other reasons such as estrangement, illness, or drug addiction. It's ideal for

This program uses proven methods to help you:

  • Find relief from mental anxiety and overwhelming emotions caused by deep grief:  You'll learn techniques to help you cope with the emotional and physical pain of grief.
  •  Complete unfinished business with your loved one: We'll use reflection and conversation to take stock of things you didn't get to say and do before your loved one passed. Then, you'll express your regrets, appreciation, and love to your loved one through a heartfelt letter. This method has proven to be a powerful tool for healing from loss.
  • Honor your loved one and identify ways to stay connected, look forward to a future of hope:  We'll use exercises to help  you release the past, re-imagine your connection to your loved one, and create hope for your future.
  • Moving forward with hope:  We'll talk about how you envision your life going forward and how you can keep your loved one's spirit and memory alive with your own life choices.
